What Is Understeer Control
Understeer and oversteer are vehicle dynamics terms used to describe the sensitivity of a vehicle to steering.
What is understeer control. Oversteer is what occurs when a car turns steers by more than the amount commanded by the driver. As i mentioned a little oversteer is fast and when were talking about track driving. Of course you might run out of road still but this will increase your chances of getting control of the car back before that happens. When viewed by an observer this action looks as if the driver has applied insufficient steering lock or under steered.
The car turns more sharply than intended and could get into a spin. Oversteer is when you turn in and the rear of the car overtakes the front and you hit the barriers with the rear of the car. Oversteer is an extremely similar set of circumstances to understeer but affecting the back of the car. This means that once turned in a car can actually travel around a corner without steering in the correct direction.
Understeer is when you turn in and the car goes straight and you hit the barriers with the front of the car.
