Smoke Coming Out Of Engine Dipstick

Smoke coming out of engine dipstick. The oil has to flow to all the parts to keep them moving without friction. Smoke from dipstick is normal for a diesel engine. I have a lot of smoke coming out of my oil dipstick my oil cap and when i remove the pcv valve while the car is running a lot of smoke comes out. Proper oil flow does not let the machinery to lock or seize. Going to post this one more time with more information.
Also you should not check the oil level or pull out the dipstick while the engine is running. My change oil light came on after 1k miles could have sworn i reset it but maybe not. Some tech at my dealership say it is normal when the engine is hot some say that might be a problem. When i was checking the engine oil level right after i turn off the engine i could see smoke coming out of the dipstick hole. I did some research and could not get a clear answer if that is normal. There are no warnings on the mfd.
